The current partners of SRL Accountants & Tax Advisors once started as regular employees. Since they took over the company, there’s been a fresh breeze. There is a lot of attention given to the person behind the employee, which helps maintain a good work-life
balance. That makes working here very enjoyable. And to be honest, when your employer adapts to you, you're more willing to go the extra mile yourself.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant. All the colleagues are incredibly involved, and people truly think as a team with one another. Especially during tight deadlines. It can be hectic at times, but we are always proud when we’ve completed the task together.

Because I know our company inside out, I get a lot of questions thrown at me. I go home feeling good if I’ve been able to help everyone during my workday. Not just with odd jobs, but certainly also with booking the administration. We depend on how things are delivered to us, and that can vary greatly. As long as I can get everything neatly into the system, it’s helpful for my colleagues who can then continue with their work.

The partners bring energy to the workplace. I find it incredibly rewarding to see how everyone rolls up their sleeves. They enthusiastically attract new clients, and you can see the company growing as a result. It’s super fun to witness and to be a part of.
