Your role
As an accountant, you are often the first point of contact for our clients. You will also supervise colleagues in the compilation practice, acting as a resource for them and providing (technical) guidance. You will focus on continuously improving our services.
Who you are
You enjoy sitting at the table with entrepreneurs. Of course, you have a sharp and analytical eye for numbers, but your social skills are also well-developed. You respond promptly to client inquiries and identify advisory opportunities. You look beyond your own field and
actively seek connections with other disciplines within our organization. You also enjoy helping colleagues with their development.
We appreciate people who think along, take initiative, and pursue clear goals.
In our (young) team, we work hard and enjoy collaborating.
You are a good listener and know how to clearly communicate information.

Our team of 30 friendly professionals works from three locations: Hoeksche Waard, Goeree- Overflakkee, and Rotterdam. We have an open and accessible culture. We value a good work-life balance, which means overtime is rarely required.
