Within our organization, we are committed to providing optimal conditions for all our colleagues. We focus on creating well-designed workspaces and fostering a positive work environment where everyone can be authentic, feel safe, and work comfortably.

Becoming more sustainable, step by step
We have implemented several sustainable practices within our organization. For example, we operate paperless, manage waste separation across all our locations, and have upgraded to LED lighting in our Strijen office. As of 2023, our Strijen office is also equipped with solar panels. Our offices in Strijen, Rotterdam, and Middelharnis all hold an A energy rating. Additionally, our vehicle fleet is partially electrified, designed to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability.

In the community
We are dedicated to supporting our community through active involvement in sustainable initiatives. Recognizing the importance of sports and exercise for children’s health, we sponsor numerous sports clubs. Additionally, we annually contribute to various social enterprises, cultural organizations, and institutions focused on charitable causes, furthering our commitment to making a positive impact.
